These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apple to the STEM-Centric website located at www.stem-centric.com. The Site is the property of STEM-Centric, LLC. ("STEM-Centric") and its licensors.  BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. 

STEM-Centric reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, and or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time.  It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.  Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.  As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, STEM-Centric grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. 

Should you need to return products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from STEM-Centric customer service first. All RA requests must be submitted to STEM-Centric in writing via email.  All RA requests must include your STEM-Centric order number, your contact name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip, the SKU number, product description, quantity to be returned, and reason for return. Your RA number is valid for 30 days and must be clearly marked on the outside of all return packages. You must allow for in-transit time as STEM-Centric must physically receive the products within 30 calendar days of RA issuance or the RA will be cancelled. Any products received after 30 days or otherwise not conforming to STEM-Centric's return policies will be returned to you at your shipping expense and will be subject to a 15% processing fee calculated on the originally invoiced value of the products returned. If you refuse the shipment or return the same product again without a valid Return Authorization or otherwise not conforming to STEM-Centric's return policies, you give up title to the product and will not be eligible for any credit related to this product. With the exception of returns due to shipping errors, shipping fees are your responsibility. Overstock merchandise must be in new, resalable condition. Credit will be issued at original purchase cost, minus any previously issued credits or discounts, not to exceed original order cost, to the original payment method.  

Current product purchased from STEM-Centric found to be defective according to the manufacturer’s warranty is eligible for return. STEM-Centric may test the products and return to customer at customer’s expense any product determined not to be defective. STEM-Centric may require customer to return products reported to be defective directly to the manufacturer. 

Manufacturer warranties may be found on manufacturer's direct website.

STEM-Centric accepts purchase orders based upon approval via email. Signed copies must be emailed to sales@stem-centric.com. Orders must include proof of tax-exempt status if applicable.  Purchase orders must include:

• STEM-Centric as the vendor
• Your organizations name, billing address, phone number, contact, and email address
• Your organizations shipping address, attention to, delivery phone number, dock availability, receiving hours
• Order date and requested ship date
• Any special delivery information
• Individual items listed with STEM-Centric's Sku number, description, units, and total price
• Appropriate shipping fees*
• Signature of approval
